Drake Appraisals, Inc. is a fine art, antique and estate appraisal firm located in the Oldsmar, FL area, with quick access to the entire Tampa Bay area. Whether you are in Tampa, Clearwater, St. Pete or beyond, we are happy to come to your location to examine the items you need to have appraised.

We provide valuations of fine art, antiques and personal property for insurance, loss or damage, estate tax, equitable distribution, non-cash charitable donations and more. From a single piece to large collections to entire estates, we will handle your appraisal with professionalism and care.

Joe Niewierski - Lead Appraiser

Joe Niewierski has been in the business of valuing art, collectibles and memorabilia of all kinds for over 10 years, with much of that experience gained as a dealer. He is an avid collector of fine art prints of all kinds and is well versed in identifying specific printing methods, as well as the artists who use them.

He is constantly improving his knowledge of fine arts of all kinds through enrollment in the School of Continuing Professional Studies at NYU. Joe combines over 13 years of executive and entrepreneurial experience with nearly two decades of collecting and connoisseurship to provide you with the highest quality, most credible appraisals.
